DMF-Z-25 Electromagnetic Pulse Valve Product Introduction: This valve, also known as a diaphragm valve, is imported from abroad. It is a compressed air "switch" for the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system, which is controlled by the output signal of the pulse spraying control instrument. It sprays and cleans the filter bags row by row (room) to maintain the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, ensuring the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

Installation method of pulse solenoid valve: The input end (IN) of the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected to the metal pipe of the gas storage cylinder, and its output end is connected to the spray pipe of the dust removal box. The connecting threads are filled with PTFE raw material tape and tightly sealed.

The working principle of solenoid valve:

Electromagnetic valve is an automation basic component used to control fluids and belongs to actuators; Not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Electromagnetic valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow, and their mechanical devices are generally controlled by hydraulic steel, so electromagnetic valves are used.

The solenoid valve has a sealed chamber with through holes at different positions, each leading to a different oil pipe. The middle of the chamber is the valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The magnetic coil on one side will attract the valve body to the other side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes will be blocked or leaked out. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes. Then, the oil pressure will push the piston, which in turn drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical motion is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
